Buying Your First Club
With leveraged tools like the steel club and steel mace, you don ‘t need heavy weights. A 4kg mace or club will feel very differently to a 4kg dumbbell. This is due to something called the leverage disadvantage which I go into great detail in our course.
I recommend buying a pair of steel clubs that are the same weight for your double club exercises and another club that is slightly heavier for your single club exercises.
