Only perform clubbell thrusters once you are proficient in the order squat position. Clubbell thrusters are an excellent exercise to challenge both the lower-body & upper-body simultaneously, which in turn will elevate your heart rate very quickly. To make this movement even more challenging try performing single-handed thrusters.
