The clubbell swing squat is a very similar to the clubbell swing, except immediately drop into a squat when you reach the top of the upswing. The clubbell swing squat is a great exercise for building leg strength as you engage the posterior chain with the hip hinge and hit the quad dominant muscles when squatting.
