The clubbell pendulum is one of the fundamental heavy clubbell exercises, it’s an important movement for learning how to offset the weight as the clubbell moves around the body.
One of the things I love about clubbell training is being able to easily all planes of movement sagittal, frontal and transverse.
This is because the clubbell is elongated which makes it easy to move around the body in chopping movements, something that is very difficult to do with other free weight tools like dumbbells, barbells and even kettlebells.
